We are seeking an experienced Senior SharePoint / O365 Developer to spearhead the design, development, and implementation of SharePoint and Office 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise and a proven track record in delivering business solutions using Microsoft's suite of tools.

This will be an in-office role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Architecture & Development: Design and develop SharePoint and Office 365 solutions, leveraging tools such as Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps) to automate business processes and enhance intelligence.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with a cross-functional team to design, develop, and deploy solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering high-quality results.
  • Integration & Deployment: Integrate SharePoint with third-party applications and enterprise information systems; manage deployments across development, testing, and production environments.
  • Administration & Support: Oversee SharePoint and Office 365 administration, including PowerShell scripting and infrastructure management for on-premises and cloud environments.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Executive Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with executive stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, align technical solutions with business goals, and provide clear updates on project progress and outcomes.

Experience:

  • Minimum 7+ years in SharePoint and Office 365 development
  • Proven experience in delivering solutions and managing projects

Technical Proficiency:

  • Expertise in SharePoint and O365 development APIs: CSOM, JSOM, REST API, Microsoft Graph API
  • Proficiency with development platforms: SPFx, SharePoint add-ins, Power Apps, Power Automate
  • Strong programming skills in C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, and responsive web design
  • Experience with Visual Studio, VS Code, Azure DevOps, and GIT repositories
  • Proficiency in working with integration protocols, including REST, GraphQL, and SQL

Certifications (Preferred):

  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)
  • Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
  • Self-starter and driven, like to take ownership of projects
